Early Sunday Morning will hold place for the G1 Asahi Hai Futurity Stakes in Hanshin, Japan. This Mile Long race typically for 2 year old colts and fillies and is the finale for the 2 year old season in Japan.
Out of the 5 favourites, 4 of them all last run at varied Nisai Stakes (2 at G2 Daily Hai, 1 at the G3 Niigata, 1 at the G2 Keio Hai) besides Ecoro Alba (G3 Saudi Arabia Royal Cup). All of the horses I don't really recognise so a good chance to see who will head into their Classic season in good stead.
But if you need a recognisable face, look for Ryusei Sakai, hes on Admire Quads, he won the Breeders Cup Classic and Saudi Cup with Forever Young this year. Hes become a bit of a rising star in Japan.
