Gold Cuppin

Grass – sure there are alternatives, but there’s nothing I want to back at current prices and just can’t give up on Cue Card. What’s a year here or there…

Re Thistlecrack, I reckon it’s either Gold Cup or straight back over hurdles. Can’t see them wasting a full season running as a novice

Tizzard is pretty open, and what he says will happen usually does, when to comes to campaigning his horses, and I reckon you will know where you stand fairly early on..........unlike those put-away cu*nts over at Closutton.

Age withers them all eventually, Perp - and when it happens, it's usually an off-the-cliff job, in terms of their form. Cue Card is one of the most admirable National Hunt horses I have seen in all my time watching racing, and I can see why you might be inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt.....but the head over-rules the heart with him.
