Sorry to all previous posters but Mossey Joe would walk this assuming they take the OR the RP have for him of 148, anything higher than 155 would worry me though.

Martin

No problems with 3m4f at Stratford in June - personally think the further he went the better he looked but always the obvious question after a performance like that.

Martin

Teaforthree for me. Especially if Tidal or Long Run line up.
Could be paddling last 100 yards. Hopefully Monbeg will just be far enough behind.

Agree, I think Long Runs plot is the reason Hemmings sent him to O'neill.

Maybe I am way wide of the mark on this one but I can't have Long Run in a million years.

Plotting aside regarding Long Run, what mark would you have expected Phil Smith to have given him even if he hadn't regressed, just to tempt him in.
I personally have a figure in my mind that wouldn't be too dissimilar to that of him regressing.
I also think his plotting has a lot to do with the Kempton Chase, I really fancy Hadrians Approach but I have a good theory regarding Long Runs connections Rhanjani Express, all tied in with Boxing day 2012 on heavy ground.

Really like to see Balthazar King run in this although I gather his owners aren't keen. Hobbs' horses have been in such great form this season too.

Tell me about this Double Seven yoke.

He's JP-owned, his trainer knows how to win race (but essentially a sleeper), he has stayed-on strongly over 3m, he acts on spring ground, he appears likely to get into race based on his Irish OR, and his form-figures look like the grill of a Rolls Corniche.

That's quite a tidy profile for a horse that's 50/1 in places.

Price probably reflects that he will be maybe 4th choice for his owner and is from one of the less high profile stables.

He should get in, interesting that the 4 miler is on his radar

Fourteen entrants are still not qualified for the race. They have until 17th March to run in a chase over 3m and finish in the first four.

Boston Bob, Cantlow, Bog Warrior, Toner D'Oudairies, Walkon, Buckers Bridge, Living Next Door,Quantitativeeasing, Wrong Turn, Orpheus Valley, Renard, Tranquil Sea, Undertheboardwalk,Whodoyouthink

Careful, might go in the Irish National instead

Thanks Granger/DG both.

I hoovered some of the 60+ available last night, and Brassil's update on the link sounds promising, in terms of getting a run........see how it goes.
