Southern Spain is about 25 miles to my left and Gibraltar is about 210 miles behind me. I actually passed Gibraltar at 8.00 am local time this morning, but no one I knew was waving...

We dock at Palma, Majorca at about 7.00 am tomorrow but only for five or six hours, when we set sail for Yalta on the Black Sea's "Riviera". I have been lying in the sun with a cool drink watching hundreds of dolphins playing in the Med and am just about to go and get ready for this evenings six course dinner and entertainment. Tonight's cabaret is headed by Iris Williams - some of you will have heard of her, certainly Merlin will as she is a good Welsh girl.

Life's a bitch...

..but you are missing the racing at Salisbury(heavy),Yarmouth(arse of the world commentating) and lovely Thirsk (pouring with rain).

You have my sympathies.

Colin

Are you sure, Brian??? We've had a largish cruise ship in today....were you one of the saddos wandering up and down Main St wearing a large yellow sticker and desperately comparing the prices of cigarettes looking to save an extra 50p??!! :brows:

And Salisbury was grand tonight - I got very hot and battered leading up my best surrogate sister in the charity race - I have no idea where she came ( think it was 6th, but was jumping up and down and screaming too much to know!! ) :D and now shes off to Ireland to work  and I'll miss her very very much - Ireland (or more specifically, Cork) isnt going to know what's hit it........ :)

Glad you are having a great time Brian. Don't worry, I am keeping the wheels of industry turning in your absence. :nerd:

My time will come for a long holiday.. ... although cruising is not really my bag!

Enjoy! :D

Brain I left a pair of underpants on the Oriana about 4 years ago. I think it was cabin 469. If you find them will you hold them till the Hennessey?

They're the pink ones with the purple hearts and his name is written in indelible ink on the inside label.

Or you can just check the DNA.
