Tom Cruise the new Redford? That's been Brad Pitt for years, by order of Redford himself!
 
I'd agree there, and so much better looking than Cruise!!!!

For me, I reckon Kevin Spacey would be certainly one of the best actors of the moment, he is simply superb.

Yes, Spacey and Washington are true Hollywood stars. Talented and charasmatic without having to rely on their looks. Just recently watched Glengary Glen Ross where a then unknown Spacey was very good alongside Pacino, Lemmon and another very underrated actor Ed Harris.
