Hotels In Nice?

Can anyone recommend a 2 or 3 star hotel in Nice, preferably fairly close to the old town?

I haven't stayed at either but I asked someone who has and they say that the De la Fontaine and the Comfort Roosevelt are both good value

I stayed at the Agata and had no problems either. It was reasonably priced and around 5-10 mins walk from the old town. Say hi from me, will you?
