How to Follow members

Is there a way to receive an email or notification if specific members post on the forum?

I think you just click on the user name (ie/example TheGreatEscape underlined above on the left) and it'll bring up a box - one of the clickable options is 'follow'. I'm guessing that as long as you have the settings right under your profile to get email notifications, then you will get mails.

Not sure how much delay there is on them, though.

yep, spot on. And the email notification is pretty instantaneous.
