In common with previous posters, I hereby apologise in advance for any distress caused by the above photograph, taken just prior to Christmas - and just after a few celebratory seasonal beverages.
 
I've removed that picture
Can I just say, if people are posting up pictures of other members can they seek their permission first please, we had this when the photo's were put up before and this was discussed then. This isn't me getting at anyone in particular as if you aren't bothered about your picture being posted, usually you will think others wouldn't mind either :)

EDIT : Just removed a couple of others too - Kathy as she isn't around fora few days for one
 
I have removed a few more of those pictures . I am sure that some of the people featured in them would be unhappy at them being put up without permission .
 
For the avoidance of doubt, the one in which I was interested and to which I happily put the names was the group photo taken by the winning line. I can't for the life of me see why that one has been removed as it was up here for nine months or so before the board changes were made and all who appear in it had no problem with its publication?

I do sometimes wonder what is going on with the blue pencil.
 
At least one person in that picture has objected strongly in the past to pictures of them being put up . I imagine you know who I mean Brian . If he/she agrees to it then there will obviously be no problem in putting it back up .
 
Ardross, of course I respect people's right to privacy but that particular photograph was on the site for nine months without any objections. If we hadn't changed our board for technical reasons it would still be there.

well I presume thats directed at me seeing as I deleted some pictures too
If someone doesn't want their photo putting on public display then that is their right.

Thanks very much for taking off that photo - I really do hate ALL photos of me, although I'd no objection to the 'massed ranks' one at the time, in the context of Alan's Memorial Race day. As we were invited to put up our photos, if we wanted to, it's only right that we choose whether to or not.

Anyone who doesn't already know I'm an overweight, middle-aged old fart has a treat in store for them, should we ever meet up...
 
I the censorship around here at present, but your image is your own and if you don't want it posted - thats fine. Well done blue pencils.
 
DVD, I am sure you are not the one Merlin hinted at, it can only be the self appointed Lord Chief Justice :D
