Inter-Forum Royal Ascot Competition - Tuesday's Selection

The changes are that miscalculations will be deducted from the bet with the highest total stake. I discovered that if someone makes a major error, that error could be bigger than the bet on any other selection, so I had to change that.
The only other thing is to declare that all each way bets will be settled at 1/4 the odds.

Firstly, at least one player missed out by not making a resrve selection, and Del Boy from OH racing obviously didn't read the rules, although it actually helped him out today.

:p Paco nearly did you up like a kipper. Still, a win cannot be gainsaid. Think I actually won a bit more than you though :cool:

A lovely day on course... had more real money than virtual on Canford. He's not doing bad for a colt who doesn't get the trip and isn't progressing.

I thought of your last minute extras on Shamardal at York and wondered whether you were doing the same with Canford as he drifted to 11-4 .

He paid 3-1 on the Tote for my rather smaller stake.

Have I ever missed a Tuesday in living memory? I couldn't not be at a St James's Palace. Couldn't believe the Tote odds on Canford. As you know I rarely consider backing favourites on the Tote, just place bets and long shots e.w. Backed him at 9/4 in my local WH shop and at 9/4 and 5/2 on course (somehow missed the 11/4). I also had him at 13/8 ante-post. I won't be on course today after all, but am certainly there tomorrow for the Gold Cup. You going?

Paco Boy paid out 1.5 the place, on which I had a very big bet.
