Zebedee is hardly the type of breeding to set the pulse racing. I'd have thought a couple of sighters at the gaffs, a weak maiden and then maybe a nursery...

But first time up at Newbury against 2 Hannons, a Gosden, a Kirk, etc?

I really hope the aeroplane catches a tailwind for you, Slim. You deserve it for sharing with us inferiors. I just can't enthuse about it but I have no knowledge about anything!

It's an above average 2yo so there is no point messing around with it.

I don't do 2yos (unless I have a very good reason to get involved and your enthusiasm for the beast wold normally be reason enough) but my gut tells me the brother's horse might be more strongly fancied.

I'm also wondering how come Hannon didn't buy it, seeing as he trained the sire? Obviously he can't buy all the progeny but he knew the sire and would be able to spot the more likely, I'd have thought?

I really hope it pishes up for you but I'm happy to sit this one out :o

“I'm very pleased with him and he's coming along nicely. He's a good mover and is showing plenty for this time of year. He should make into a nice two year old."
Charlie Hills

'He is a powerful, deep-bodied and fast-looking colt who is well matured and quite typical of what his sire, Zebedee, is throwing. Charlie is happy with him at this early stage and he is likely to make his racecourse debut in April.'

All sounds rather promising to me?

I've heard a better report than both of the above.

I'm interested regardless and will have a decent punt on it. I'd expect it to open 5/2 or 11/4.

You boys are hard work today. This is definitely my last time posting a will win message. I've been told today from numerous people raft they 'don't fancy it', 'its against the stats' or they'd back it anyway. It won't open 11/4 either.

I give up.

Will it win? Do you think it's any use?...
