Am I going to have the pleasure of the company of any of you guys on Boxing Day at Kempton. Will be in the enclosure and parade ring again with Buachaill Allainn for the old Feltham. Last time was with the great Ballycassidy.( now as fat as a pig ) Love to meet you for a drink. Call me

Enjoy Roddy.
Truly one of the great racing days of the year so make the most of it.
Since Captain Christy's 1975 King George it has been to me the racing day I most look forward to watching on tv. Should I ever be lucky enough to have a Kempton runner on that day I imagine I would cry tears of delight all day long.
Wishing you all the very best.

Good luck with your horse Roddy. I remember Ballycassidy - never realised you owned him. Glad to hear he is doing well!!

First time in about 7 years I won't be there....next year, perhaps.

Seems such a long time ago I first heard about Ballycassidy and Peter Bowen [due to McCoy riding him]. Then saw him win at Kelso. Chuffed to hear he's enjoying his retirement. Whats Snoopy Loopey, the giant slayer up to, by the way?

I prefer when we beat Snoopy with Its Definite at Worcester. Snoopys owners Danny Egan and Dai Walters are good friends of mine and to beat the new £130k superstar was lovely for me ( Danny and I were in school together and worked in the pit together) Incidentally Bally hated AP. Whenever he entered the paddock he would swish his tail and wouldn't run for him at all.

A thanks to roddy. Really enjoyed meeting and letting me into the parade ring. Top man :)

Listening to and meeting Richard Johnson was a delight. Sharp charming and what a nice guy.
