King Prawn Pathia and Pilau Rice

It's a combination I regard as a Winter Warmer, though chicken curry (various types) with roti bread has always been my principal choice.

I've got a Phal story I rather like as well.

I do hope these prawns were from a sustainable source and the pathia was free range.

I haven't had this in ages, but I like to get one in each winter at some stage.

It's always got a bit of a rough heat to my taste tbh, but I like it occasionally.
