Treacle was supplemented to bump up his handicap mark so he'll get in to Aintree, weights come out on Tuesday

That was just the job today - he'll go up to 140 odd and make the cut no hassle.

Thanks Aragorn - sadly I didn't back Salsify (not sure why as he was a NOAY job on his return to Hunter Chases and looked like winning until headed on the run in at Dromahane) and went with the other two at bigger prices. I'd certainly make Salsify favourite for the Foxhunters now despite the lack of strength in depth to that field yesterday given he has youth on his side and the record that Backstage has in points compared to his Chase record (12 from 14 in P2P's and just 3 from 15 over regulation fences). My colours have been firmly nailed to the My Flora mast for some time now though so hope to see her back in action at Ayr tomorrow if it goes ahead.
