Heading to London at the end of the month and need to find a cheap and cheerful hotel as close as possible to the o2 arena or at least easy to get to. Any suggestions? Like I said it just needs to be close and clean enough to sleep in - thats all. Any info would be much appreciated.

Of the chains, would definately go for Premier Inn over travelodge. Isis are good too...or Bristol one is...which isnt local i suppose
Never been to the o2 but the jubilee line which stops right there is very quick so staying anywhere along that would be fine. Southwark is agood area now with the wonderful South Bank, tate. borough market globe etc. Wouldnt really suggest staying along the line north of the o2....
