Probably best to ask them. Check your emails and messages on the website for documentation requests etc.

Yup, cloudfare tosh, they baffle themselves some of them, they say email them but dont give you an email and of course bet365 dont have shops, gonna have to wait until they wake themselves up

I don't think Denise is stuck for cash.
I had the same problem with skybet/sporting life. I think I had to uninstall the app and then reinstall it or switch my tablet off and then back on and it was sorted.
