Good grief - I always thought he was your cuz. He's certainly quieter! I enjoyed meeting him at Lingfield, he has a nice sense of humour. :lol: When are you two coming over for another visit to the inland regions?

When I moved from Glasgow to Deepest Darkest Lanarkshire as a teenager, I was nicknamed "Pudie" due to my ability to swear fluently in Urdu.

Oh how we laughed when we later discovered that I had been calling people an old woman for years. :lol:
 
Snakey or snakester. It all stemmed from a friend just calling out "they called him Pliskin" from the film escape from new york. It sort of got embelished, but I am happy enough with it.

Mine is Circus due to being in local pub one night and there was a fight between 2 OAPS then another fight between 2 girls and finally a stray dog wanders into the pub and sh*ts in the middle of the floor. I remarked that the bar that night was like a three ring circus right then as if by magic that old song by Erasure "The Circus" came on the jukebox. So my nickname was born.
 
I've caught this one from drinking with the lads, when I#m locked I remind them off....

Reminded me yesterday when one of my old workmates..... said "Hiya DIEGO"!!!( my hair was black then and my moustache too so thats how I got that one) that's another one :o to add to the many...........
