No Winner In The Euro Lottery

Yeah, me too............:angy:

She PROMISED my wish would come true!!!!!!

(did any of it seem relevant to you, Kri?? Some of it was pretty spot on, then again it only requires basic pyschology to work out what people would put. Some were way out, mind!!!! )

Uhhh... :brows: 'the person I love' (No.3) is a gay male friend! I'm very fond of him in a jolly, good-old-chumsy way, but it would be a pretty doomed affair if I felt any stronger affection for him! Apparently, 'The Great Pretender' (at No.8) supposedly matches him, which will alarm him terribly, as he's an opera buff - even whizzes over a few times a year to various European concert halls to hear them.

No. 5: The person who 'knows me very well' bloody well ought to - it's my Mother!

No.6: this person is my 'lucky star'. Okay, Songsheet, so what went wrong with the Euromillions tonight, huh?

The No.7 'relationship which won't work out' is the bloke I'm doing Owners & Trainers badges with at Lingfield tomorrow, not of the slightest romantic interest to me - but as a working relationship, it's his first time to work with me, so we'll see if that ends up in an unseemly brawl! 'Unchained Melody' (No.9) (anyone getting the idea I rather like The Platters?) is supposed to be 'his' tune - whaddo I know? I've no idea about HIS likes in music.

No.10 'says most about your mind' - in which case, it's drifting far away to the strains of 'Bali Hai'. Anything but concentrate on the matter in hand!

No.11 - 'how I feel about life' - erm... I really haven't a clue what 'Blue Moon' says about that! 'Without a song in my heart, without a lurve of my own... ' My work colleagues are only too relieved if I keep my songs anywhere, in or out of my heart, as long as I don't actually try to sing them. And hey, I'm quite happy to borrow someone else's love for an hour or two! :D

Yeah, I know what you mean!!! Some were right though - but it has surely got to be fairly straghtforward pyschology that most people (except those smart types who are outwitting the norm!! :P) would put their boyfriend/loved one as the person for 3, the 1st person of the opposite sex [that they know personally] they would name. As for the Lucky Star - JinnyJ, you buggered that up to when it came to the lottery!!!!

As the person who knows you best was the first 'other name' I thought again, it would be pretty obvious that I'd put my best mate - and, lo & behold, Jo probably does know me better than anyone!

The songs were different though as I put my favourite songs, not songs that mean something to me, which I guess was assumed.

Still, it killed a boring 5 mins!!! :D

I'm richer by £7.10

Now shall I invest in more lottery tickets for tonight or spend it wisely?

Griffin - whack it on tonight - you know it makes sense - divide it between the lotto & the extra which is about 8 mill at the moment.

Decided there wasn't much that £7.10 would buy me so I've splashed out on seven tickets for tonight. I'm pretty sure that's £7 down the drain

I don't believe it. 5 numbers and 2 lucky stars and someone else is walking off with £84million of my money.

Lesson Learnt - Next week I am put the same numbers on 5 times.
