Occupations

I am currently working for a logistics company although I am planning to be taking very much a back seat next year. I am going to be (sort of) voluntary unemployed.
 
I wanted to be an actuary so that I could reply to threads like this ...

"Well, actually, I'm an actuary"

... which I thought sounded quite good. Actually, I amn't. I don't really know what I am, and haven't for some time, but it's computer software related.
 
I manage a global functional divison of a (very complicated) technology company.
I also have a part time job as a lumberjack in a mushroom factory.
 
I am a full time Welshman. It's hard graft and the perks are few and far between but I enjoy it in the main.

Julie I resent that.

I am convinced that if you worked as a Welshman for a few days you would know how difficult it is. Your experience with livestock would hold you in good stead.
 
I'm a mummy (not a housewife, I'm not married and am terrible at housework!), part time deputy manager in a betting shop and a foster mummy to kittens from Cats Protection.

I don't think you realise how tough it can be - keeping in constant touch with sources, checking internet sites on various sports, travelling to racecourses all over the place, searching out the best prices...
 
Two jobs for me @ present?? I work for FYFFES 6am to 12 noon... (need plenty of stamina?) putting the bends in bannanas (someone's got to do it)..... :o

And for Samuel's the jewellers 6pm to midnight.... its a dirty job but pays really well...cleaning the shit out of their cuckoo clocks.......... :rolleyes:

Nah I am jesting.. I really am a PRO!!......... a male gigalo its up and down more often than not!! though :P
