MarkEE

My experience of livestock is, I am glad to report, limited to equines and bovines.

We, unlike you lot, do not do sheep here..... :P

I 'retired' at age 47 from admin/supervisory work abroad; did admin work part-time for two charities in the UK; finally got rid of all admin work, and now work on a casual basis for some southern racecourses, annoying the public and being rude to racehorse owners. Also have 50% of two broodmares with Songsheet, one of which will produce something so wonderful that I can then give up the casual work... :D Won't she, Julie? :brows:

Pah! Call any of the above work ?

Load of wusses......
I don't think you realise how tough it can be - keeping in constant touch with sources, checking internet sites on various sports, travelling to racecourses all over the place, searching out the best prices... [/b][/quote]
You forgot to point out you only get 6 holidays abroad each year too. :D

Computer operations analyst for a major retail firm. In truth, job is diminishing by the month and can only be a matter of time before the boot arrives.

I'm employed by The E. Dead Group as a "cleaner".

If you don't mind me asking Shadow Leader, how did you get into the odds compling game?

I ask because i'm hoping to get into it after i've finished my masters degree (Next Sept) and all the jobs ive seen for it requires two years experience as a compliler/traded. How on earth are you meant to get experience as a trader if a prerequisite of it is experience???!!

I'm doing a Masters in e-Business at Liverpool and i work PT at William Hill as a cashier. Ive seen jobs in Gibraltar and Malta on the bettingjobs.com site, but it doesnt say who the employer is, rather odd.

Former Head of Social Security Fraud (briefing Ministers on the subject), before that Chief Computer Auditor with D of Health. Currently I receive training from the likes of LordH on how to live life to the full on a modest income.

Work for a betting exchange. Well there is only one really.....working at the 'bottom'..hopefully work my way up........

Thanks to SL as well for pointing me in the right direction as well!!
