Only One

I have been backing her for the mares from 20's down and am now starting to worry that She might be Willie's supreme horse, Shes that good imo. Everytime he sends out another novice mare I get very nervous, if he has an alternative for the mares race he'll find it hard to avoid the supreme with her.

Her latest performance reminded me very much of Espoir d'Allen's striking novice debut....Pure class!

On Pedigree she would appear to be more a middle distance (no Ballymore quote) type ...., I assume you mean the Mare's novice, I too would be a tad worried there.....A little Supreme insurance wouldn't go amiss!

Thanks for noticing!

Paid for what I'll inevitably lose on her for the rest of the year.

I read everything on here, even what at times would appear to be daft quote's, can be very thought-provoking.

It would be foolish to dismiss any idea that someone has when they have obviously spent time on it....It can help cut through the chaff!

Been well backed for the Supreme the last few days I see. She's a penalty kick for the mares novice, just pray WPM has an ace up his sleeve for the Supreme. Just has a look and I have 18 AP bets on her for the mares novice, all between 12s and 20s

She’s 7 tops (I think) for mares or 6/1 to win any race. No brainer and while obviously you wouldn’t be happy if you’d had 6s and she wins the Supreme when you could have had 25/1 it’s better than losing it.

You Can't be happy that she is Willie's real hope for the Royal Bond

As per the title, you can only pick one novice for the year ahead that you are really looking forward to seeing

To prevent everyone picking Envoi or Shiskin, it can't have won at Cheltenham before

I'll start with one of Henry's, Jessica seems lost to jumps, you know Meades will fold after Christmas and Willie/Gordon have too many

Bob Olinger

Not a donkey anyway

I thought that was a nice enough introduction. He'll want the Ballymore trip at least so finishing close to Ferny Hollow over a trip too short with a mistake at the last suggests he's going to be good.
