Does anyone have Orange broadband? a friend has been trying to get on to a website that I have built for her rescue but she can't or should I say Orange says it does not exist :huh: it comes up on mine & loads of other peoples so I am asuming its an Orange issue but I don't know anyone else with OBB

We have Telewest it has been taken over or merged with Virgin,
Have to wait and see if it is better :D

We have a telewest phoneline & when the bumph came through the post it said that you can choose to keep your old blueyonder email addy if required :D
 
Any idea how/what IE would cause problems?

Loads of people can get on to the site without any problems but Maggie has had quite a few people ring her to say they can't get on to the site shrug:: its not an Orange issue anymore as the people who can't get on the site have been from various isp's, some will get a message saying the site does not exist while others will get my partners site which is the main site & maggies is an add on site, shrug::

I know nothing about IE as we have AOL so don't use it!


Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
 
Works OK for me with IE7 and Sky broadband and with Norton Internet Security and Norton Anti Virus working.

Not a server problem is it ?
 
No its called being 60yrs+ & in charge of a PC :eek:

We have just come back from her house & she has been typing the web addy into the wrong box :what: & of course that means she has been going around her friends house showing them how to do it "her way" so none of them could get the site up :clap:
