I only consider races of 8 to 12 runners and bet for 3 places.
An acceptable price to me is a bit fluid to be honest.
Lowest that I will go is 1.7, highest is 3.55.

Remember on the tote you can bet place only on 5 horse or dog races. Not sure about the exchanges

It really can get boring but box clever you will make a good profit.

Rule of thumb never back anything over evens.......the idea is to start with say 10 pounds

Race 1 1o pts Heavens Gate 4 places at 1.34 was available bank now 13.18 after deductions WINNER

Race 2 13.18 Arizona Place 6 places 1.27 bank now 16.39 WINNER

Race 3 Frigill Height 2 places 1.33 bank now......21.45 WINNER
