Please read - recent changes to the forum, new pages and Cheltenham newsletter.

I'm in the flash club as well and it's shrunk the thread.

I'd also just like to echo others sentiments about your sterling work with the forum Col, it's massively appreciated at this end and I'd happily donate a few quid to the TH coffers if it needs it. I haven't signed up with a few of the bookies listed so I'll use those for Cheltenham. Cheers!

Agree with Grassy that people tend to gravitate to where the action is, and this forum is enhanced by the gentle hand on the tiller. Many thanks Col, and long may it continue.

If Betfair is the equivalent of a war-zone, TH is more akin to a set-piece, Grand Master's chess match - albeit one played-out by a motely collection of bluffers, guessers, aftertimers, muppets, swashbucklers and fishwives, rather than Kasparov and Karpov

I have altered the position of the facebook like button to the right of the banner as it was creating too much white space where it was.

Is anyone having layout problems with the forum at the moment?

Have you asked anyone to interpret the data as to why there is increased traffic? It could just be me logging into my 324 accounts.

Originally it was known as Steeplechase Studio set up by Roy Waterhouse in 2000 when I think Maruco was the first poster. A guy called Phil (Sinfield ?)took over the forum on from Roy and ran it for quite a while . Apparently he was doing an upgrade on the software and lost all of the data. He hadn't been personally engaged for some time and decided it was all too hard to start it up again.

Incidentally Roy still runs an excellent website which is well worth a look if you haven't seen it. Good bloke t'boot.

There will be no more than 4 emails per year.

5 emails so far in the last 2 days. Do you know how many times I've had to hit the delete button? 5 times, that's how many. I'm exhausted.
