Glad to see you've all been able to put this pest into perspective, GA, and that you've got the support you need. She's clearly a fairly nasty piece of work, given the chance, so don't miss a trick to take the mickey, in a harmless sort of way, in future. Why don't you all wear a bit of tape over your mouths the next day she's into work? :lol: Or if she speaks to you, say, "I'm sorry. You're much too soft-spoken, I can't hear you. Will you please speak UP?"
