Here is one for reminiscers ...

Probably the most impressive p2p maiden winner (1)I witnessed was at Kildorrery 1980 .
He won a division of the 4 and 5 year old maiden by a distance from a 4 yr old stable companion named after the hometown(2) of a recently retired Jockey.(3)
The trainer(4) was the source of the winners of seven, at least, Cheltenham Gold Cups
The jockey (5) was a top p2p jockey of that era from Dungarvan area who rarely rode for the trainer .
A horse sharing the jockey's name was placed in a Cathcart Cup years later , whose trainer once trained a Cheltenham Gold Cup winner (6)
The following year, as a novice chaser (1) started favourite for the Irish Grand National but fell.
The next day he won the Power Gold Cup easily, emulating a 1970s Cheltenham Gold Cup winner (7) who fell in an Irish National before winning Powers Gold Cup the next day
Sold to England his first season with a Ross -On -Wye trainer (8) was unsuccessful
Moved to Harewood he joined "the famous five " (9,10,11,12,13)
There he won many chases in a row before finishing third to a stable companion(11) in King George Vi chase
He finally got his Cheltenham Festival when Amateur ridden (14) , this jockey's second Festival winner that week, the first a top novice hurdler (15)
This jockey's father trained two Festival winners, both Novice Hurdles (16) ( 17)
The same jockey (18) rode these two .
His first two Festival rides were winners, ( 16) and the Champion Chase winner (19) that year.
When (19) won the following year his jockey's (20) family was from Kildorrery, where the story began.
Answers 1 -20 please , for your own pleasure
( I do hope the Ross On Wye connection is correct, doubting my memory a little )
Merry Christmas

Very impressive.

Are there flatties on this list?

If so, I'll pass on getting what's leftover
It's abundantly clear you don't like flat racing, but hard to see why your'e constantly knocking it - apart from a fetish for showing your disdain.
