"Form figures this season are 133" - err, you can see that by reading them in the racecard

"Is top on RPR" - err, ditto.

"Won hunter chase here in May" - it was last year, actually (this one runs tomorrow).

I wonder what original Spotlight Editor Graham Dench, or his colleagues Frank Carter and Ron Cox or Diomed (Adrian Cook) would have made of these recent Spotlight gems?

Oh, and they're droning on about Tom Segal's golden Pricewise summer of, err, 2005! 😂

How's he been getting on in the TWENTY YEARS since?

As the cover price goes up, standards go down.

The silver lining for serious punters is never has the lazy recreational punter, who just wants their card marked, been so ill-served by the industry trade paper.
