Racing UK Subscription

Can I ask, anyone who subscribes to Racing UK gets access to online coverage and replays...correct? Is that via the Racing Post site or RUK site.
 
I get access to a 'live' feed as part of the subscription, but don't think it includes replays. Most of them can be got for free though from the bet365 website or the racecard facility on the RUK site.
 
It is just strange, when I signed up a month or so ago they asked me for my Racing Post log in details as well to get access to the online streams (and replays?). But I got a letter the other day saying I needed to contact RUK as there was something wrong with the Direct Debit - rang today and got that sorted but when I mentioned the Racing Post site the guy at the end of the phone knew nothing - then asked me for an email address and password to set up my RUK site account (that would take a week to register!). When I mentioned the Racing Post site he did not have a clue about it.
 
No I didn't do anything through the RP site. I did it like you were advised today. Have them my email address and chose a password. It took about 7-10 days before I got a confirmation email to set it up but it's been fine since.

Have you got a debit card registered on your RP account? Might be prudent to check to see if any of your security detaiils are compromised.
