Reverse your stalls bias formulas

Thanks David. I've now got the siuation clear in my head.

Does it not follow that therewill be an effort to push the stalls towards the inner rail on right handed courses, or is that already done?

Not necessarily so I don't think. Information of what positions the stalls will be in though is published at the dec. stage though I think.
