Altior has been regressing since his mighty first QMCC win. The Ascot battle with Cyrname was the straw that broke the camel's back but the writing was already on the wall once they decided to up him in trip.
 
With them times, Hendo's thinking, I wish I hadn't got Altior scoped now..."Everyone knows I shouldn't have run him at Ascot" :<3:
 
There's not the same pressure on horses when they do a 7f piece of work Horses can work great then flop on the course when real pressure is applied.....that doesn't make a trainer a liar.......stupid people

I will defend any trainer who is accused of lying by a beer swirlng betting shop idiot when the trainer has no reason to lie...as for Nicky Henderson I dont think there is a more open yard to the media than his...with armchair punters if he gets something wrong hes a crook...why on earth would he say a horse scoped badly when he never..he could simply say the race is not right for him at this time...a choixe rrainers make every day.....Epatante did run well but even onnlast yreas form 2nd is the best she could hope for..the mare honeysuckle is really special

A young lad on Twitter has developed a ‘model’ thats gave a few winners today. Gained over 5k followers. Checked his model just then, he has Chacun Pour Soi as a 15/2 shot :lol:

Not discrediting the lad. Only young by look of it.

Have to say, Aidan Coleman made up for a couple of poor rides yesterday and was brilliant in the past-race interview.
 
She is gutsy that mare!

One to take out of the race for me is Nube Negra, wouldn't put anyone off him being there or there abouts again next year, he has ran a cracker.

With you on Concertista, cost me a fortune. Had a silly acca today that needed Chacun so if Sir Gerhard and Easysland go in I’ll be distraught.

Sceau Royal definitely hard done by, would surely have gone very close as that was a tough trip to say the least.

First mare ever to win it according to ITV - didn't know that
