Seabiscuit Soundtrack

You know the background music that Ch4 and RTE play over the parades for the big races . It's on Seabiscuit the film but it's not on the soundtrack . Does anyone know what it is ?

Pretty sure it's Moby's "Everloving".

There is another instrumental piece they used to use on C4 for the parade and RTE use it alot now. Its purely instrumental, mainly piano. Anyone know?
