Smart TV... should I

I wouldn't, but then I haven't watched television in years and am doubtlessly a bit odd.

I think of watching television as being something I used to do when I was younger and have long since got bored with/grown out of.

I watch mainly youtube, have an adblocker... Mrs sunshine says not to as well, don't know what to do. Think I will leave it.

I have a smart tv in my bedroom and a Roku set-up in the sitting room. Can’t say I honestly use both a huge amount but the convenience is there. I don’t both with any streaming service though (my niece has put her Disney account on the Roku for when she visits).

Same - I probably click on the BBC home news page once a day to get a general idea what's going on in the world and YouTube seems to know my viewing habits by now so current stuff I might occasionally be interested in (like Andrew Marr interviews or monologues on LBC or New Statesman) are regularly top of the lists I see.

It's all I want or need.

Did not buy one in the end... I have a smallish computer attached to my TV and add blocker for youtube...that's why I didn't buy it, would have had the dreaded adverts.
