I often joke with my flatmate Steve that one of us should phone in one day and say (it's important to do an impersonation of Al Jolson while rehearsing this):

"Sorry boss, I can't make it to work today ~ I've got 'Jazz Hands'!".

It doesn't sound funny, but I can assure you that it amuses me greatly.
