june is a month for the flat
but on sunday at auetiel, soft ground
what a clash between Un Des Sceaux and Blue Dragon,

this pair are tmy two top rated horses in europe and both like front run, can be a huge race

excellent

Which of ATR/RUK is screening?

RUK will be covering Auteuil on Sunday. Not sure whether or not they hold exclusive rights.

Who is gonna win? Has to be the Blue Dragon...stays, classy and home advantage.

I wouldn't be so sure. Home advantage is moot seeing as Un De Sceaux has won and won well on all three starts in Paris. And it didn't at all look like the trip would bother him based on his rout in the 2m 6f Prix La Barka a couple of weeks ago. Indeed, Blue Dragon has yet to be tried over two and a half mile.

Nevertheless, he does look pretty special based on his winning the Grade 3 Prix Hypothese by a DISTANCE and his comfortable success in the Prix Leon Rambaud where he firmly established himself as France's leading hurdler.

Based on the manner of pastings handed to Le Grand Luce, Un De Sceaux looks like the superior beast but it's still a scintillating clash.

Here's the racecard

One of my cliff horses Silsol looks a big each way price for this at 20/1. I wouldn't be sure it's the two horse race it's priced up as with both market leaders going further than they've been before

I will be looking to lay the front two at short odds and hope that something comes through late on for an upset.

It is going to be a very interesting race given both principals penchant for forcing the pace.

I would have made Thistlecrack a warm favourite and a comfortable winner against them though.

UDS low of 1.8 in running-Blue Dragon low of 1.05 in running.Ptit Zig was 34 on the PMU about 3 minutes before the off-think the final dividend was 20.

UDS will now have a career pot hunting over distances between 2 & 2.5 miles where the going is soft or heavy -mixing hurdles and fences.

Good shout on laying the front two Luke - There was always the chance they would take each other on.
