Today, I got a notice that my betfair account was suspended owing to safer gambling concerns
I haven't bet on it in months for one and secondly, I don't fit any classification of problem gambler (especially in a flat season)
Anyone else encountered this
I just confirmed the Judmonte with sportsbook/PP and 1499 pound bet is their max.
It took 30 minutes to get 1.75 matched the others day on the exchange'
So I would not be concerned with the PP side of things,
Just a thought but have you changed where you live at anytime.? They have you IP address and it should coincide with the info in your account. I have been asked several times to update telephone number and email address after a spell off and always do so. If you wee asked and never bothered or missed the message that could be what has caused their action.....I don't know I am guessing
I must admit that I set up Zero limits to all my all virtuals, casino etc reasoning that if I ever did get hacked they couldn't blow it all on those.When you do get back in a good idea is to set a monthly loss limit.....so I was told........obviously if your limit is 300 pounds at it at 400 just in case.

Someone called me after three hours from internally.He didn't personally, it ends up going to an executive complaints team, but they generally work a bit harder to resolve than standard customer service
I tried them first and they were pretty uselesshope you get this solved Granger....not late in the day now but friend told me he went to Twitter X and searched ,@betfair.cs and got a reply within the hour.
