29 entries for this 7f Ascot feast and I will post an ante-post link when I see one.

There's a few catching my eye off their current marks, but as always I am keeping schtum until I see the betting and have organised getting on.

After a 3 week break in Thailand + Down under, I've been giving my weary eyes a look at this.
I may have an ew pop at Tolstoy here. In rare form last summer. Has had a couple of sighters this season. Only runner I can see, from the canny trainer at the 2 day meeting.
40/1 freely available.

Brian Ellison also has Lir Speciale entered in the 5.00 at Ascot on Saturday. He’s quite interesting.

Btw, Tolstoy 50’s with a couple of firms now.

Metal Merchant has a fair bit to commend him imo.

His career best was arguably when a length fourth of 18 in the International Handicap over course and distance last June, he's a pound lower here, a high draw might be decent on the forecast ground, the yard is in a bit of form and he will hopefully be better for the run at Newbury.

14/1 seems fair to me - I'd have him at 9/1 (10% chance of winning).
