I'm sure my midweek bet Josh The Boss was down as declared when I checked around 9am on Thursday so I was gutted to see it wasn't. I wonder if Sam T_D told them they were wasting their time taking on the Kdeux horse so I've reloaded the blunderbuss and hit three v the field:

Kdeux etc
Henry's Friend (might be targeting the Ultima, though)
Gustavian (50s could be far too big if it gets loose on the front)

Henry’s Friend hasn’t run well at Cheltenham in 3 attempts and it seems unlikely to me that they’re targeting the Ultima. I think Handstands will be the Pauling horse for that race.
Henry’s Friend is entitled to improve on his run at Ascot last time behind Deep Cave as that was only 8 days after a miserable effort at Cheltenham and he’s looked better after a break. The current 18/1 (4 places) with Bet365 looks like value
