We were staying in the Latin Quarter and we walked to the Louvre and that was a fair step and by the time we'd done a couple of hours round the Louvre we were knackered, so we went and found a bar somewhere.
I doubt that we saw a third of it. There was a new section which had just opened with gold plate absolutely everywhere. It wasn't to my taste! I also find sculptures a bit tedious after a while. The pictures are best!
