Not surprising, I think those involved with it suspected as much at the start of the season.

Pity, although would have missed Martin and the gang, thought there would have been plenty of scope for a new President and staff to have kept it going with the right cast. I think it has suffered with Sorkin going.

I prefer it when these series quit while they're ahead. There's noting worse than seeing a good series go down the pan as all the actors, roles, etc. change and writers end up suffering from burnout.
