Not with the OU you can't!

To get 360 points needed for an OU degree, it would basically mean completing six courses worth 60 points each and the average for each course is £1500.

That is 9 grand and you are still nowhere near being a lawyer.

The drumming course isn't some old guy with a pair of drumsticks telling you how to bang on a snare.

This is the cream of the drumming crop, endorsed by drummers from all walks of life, from world famous bands to highly successful session musicians. This is as good as it gets.

It is privately run and has no attachment to any other college.

The qualifications are recognised but that's about it. However, the work available for a graduate is incredibly financially rewarding.

I got 5 numbers up about 3 years ago and won £2200 which I understand is above average for 5. This led me to read the lottery brochure (rules etc) and I'm pretty sure that the odds against getting 5 numbers up were quoted at 55000/1. I played on with the same single set of numbers for about 18 months but don't bother now.
Incidentally, my 6th number was 23 and the number I didn't have was 21 (worth £3M) and the bonus ball 32 (worth £189000).

I remember once lying in a steaming bath a few years back at 8pm on a Saturday, fondly playing with my rubber duck. All of a sudden there was screaming and yelling from downstairs - quickly followed by the pounding of Mrs AC and 3 kids running roaring up the stairs. I assumed there was another row and she was chasing them to bed, when I overheard - ''DAD, DAD,DAD we won the lottery, we won the lottery''. 'Whadda Fuq' I thought.

I couldn't get out of the bath quick enough - draped a (huge) towel over the essentials and ran out on to the landing where the four of them were doing the bouncy and yelling excitedly.

Eventually they calmed down enough to explain that we'd got four numbers up. The payout was £15.

I went back to me duck.
