For those, like me, who have an enquiring mind and are ever eager to learn, or, like you others, who are just plain nosy, this is what it says:


I have decided to remove all of the members who have been regularly abusing the chat room and the people in it. I would like to remind you that the chat room is part of this site and abuse in there (which is logged) will not be tolerated as the time I personally have had to waste setting up a securer chatroom is a waste of resources that would be best spent elsewhere just because a few members cannot be trusted to act in an adult manner.

Future regular abuse by members will result in further membership deletions.

I did notice that the last time there was a problem in their chat room "Rory" actually accused me of being responsible of closing it down - I think he was joking. :confused:

Is abusing Members not part of the whole forum culture? I wish someone had told me..... :lol:
 
Well its like this Terry ! as far as I can make out........

This guy by the name of JOE ......? was running these comps on TRF and he obviously had a row with some one in the CHAT-ROOM last night or was abusive along with others who were also booted off the forum sine die?............
 
Strange...

At the rate they would appear to be banning people, makes you wonder how many actual members are 'live' on there...

Maybe "It's All About Eve..." B)
 
There are quite a lot of us live, as it happens ... :D

I haven't been in the chat room for ages but I'm reliably informed that there was a great deal of abuse being hurled by some individuals at anyone who happened to have the misfortune to be around at the same time.

I got banned from TRF for being abusive.(not very proud about it)

Life goes on, and i am still booting in the high priced winners that they got so hot under the collar about.

They sound like our kind of people. can't we run a marketing campaign to get them here?

I will remind the Forum, proudly, that my banning from trf was the original and the best. Wanna reminder Kathy?
 
BUT I got you reinstated An as I knew you didn't mean it! :P

My claim to fame is being the first woman to be banned from there, and it was the best thing I ever did. I made my mind up soon after I met the people that run the forum and how they operated.

I have heard that my name is mentioned ever so often, and constant reference to the heated debates I use to get involved in. Those threads will go down as some of the best ever. Le Pen, Ray Cochrane, Istabraq, The Moors and the Jellied Eels.
I'm welling up just thinking about them..... :)
 
From what I gather , the ban was due to a certain member on the forum making nuisance phone calls to another member. So do you think that is acceptable?

I visit the TRF chat room a lot . Unfortunately there are a few individuals who cannot seem to get their head around the concept of the room.
