Been here a few time but the last time was in 2009 with a racing club from Cheltenham. Took a few photos but also saved this link of a newspaper item as it had been written on one of the occasions of our various stays in Ireland, a time just after Sea The Stars had been retired to the Aga Khan's Stud and we were the first group to be allowed to go in and see him in his new surroundings en route to Thurles.

Thanks DG. Planning to go for the first time on 20/10 and then will only have 3 Irish courses still to visit. It looks like I should leave my suede loafers at home!

thats not fair really..thats probably the best one liner on any racing forum in 16 years..thanks DG..keep laughing when every time i think about it

this forum is dying on its arse when a post like DG's don't get responses...dying on its arse

It's not as busy as it once was and it was probably even busier before I joined, but there's no way I would say the forum is dying on its arse EC, It's become a bit of a cliche but it probably will pick up a bit more when the jumping starts.
TH has had its core contributors throughout this year and there's been some excellent threads.
