Today I Learned A New Word

Cuts in expenditure are always either savage or swingeing, depending on whether you read a broadsheet or a tabloid.

I invented the word 'skutche' it's a verb meaning to move furtively, slyly and with haste.

e.g.

He skutched to the top of the Que to get the last of the batter burgers.

I'm thinking of spelling it this way 'skootched'.

Starting to remind me of the Blackadder meets Dr Johnson.

"Every word?"
"yes every word"
"Then please accept my warmest and heart felt perifibglobulations"

"I Shall return.......Interfrastically"

Careful Warbler ~ that sounds like Dago talk to me!

And so, an erse poem, rather than being part of ancient Irish literature, is in fact an artistic form of farting?

But you can always buy the helpful book on how to improve your Irish language.

It's called Brush Up Your Erse.

Irish Stamp will tell you Colin Tinkler once had a supremely talented bumper horse called "Oscar Me Erse" - eh, Martin? :D
