I think he has been riding as good as any jockey around for the last year and a half. He settles a horse as well as Ruby but does not to sit off 2 furlongs behind the leaders.
 
Did remarkably well to win on the Mullins horse in the first at Cork today - take a look at the replay if you get a chance.
 
As a Ruby acolyte Galileo I think he got there too soon and the horse lost concentration and thats why he made the mistake at the third last. ;)

He will learn.
 
Agreed, and how G&S went off so much longer than Jayo today, given G&S had his preferred ground, and the beating of Jayo on all form, I will never know - I guess it was the 'back Ruby blindf' faction, not understanding that G&S is Townend's ride? Did some of us a favour anyway!
 
I agree, this lad will go all the way. Some talent and has been for quite a while as mentioned.
