Tube strikes

Tubes very quiet this morning on my route - suspect people have booked the day off after the hassle of the last two days. Getting up to do that journey at 6 this morning after 4 days not having too, was tough.

Tsk, DO, for goodness sake - Myleene will be wondering if you're not quite as young as you've been passing for if you make references like that. Next thing, you'll be talking about Bobby Vee.

I told her my old granny, whom I cared for, liked them so I used to put on their old records to keep her happy. Myleene likes people who look after others.

Are we talking about todays strike, or other strikes the only reason it looks that way is from hard won battles in the past, if you like you to can get a job on the tube dealing with all the travling public have fun.

The people with whom I work are what makes me stay in this job. Never worked with such a pleasant, hard-working team before.

I deal with the public every day, Andy. People waiting for operations get rude and stressed too.

Funny thing though, when they're pressing for an "urgent" op because they've been waiting for weeks, they suddenly find it's not so urgent that they can defer it for a holiday!
