Veiled Xmas Speech

Aparently Chanel4 interviewed three candidates. The two who were rejected were Batman and The Lone Ranger.

I like to think of myself as a hijacker of Christmas, spreading the good word of corporate sponsored excessive consumption of everything.

On the subject of Christmas, I noticed that mark made a rare posting the other day. Hopefully he's in good fettle and ready for his traditional Christmas punch-up.

Furthermore, although I realise that as a non-Christian I have no right of outrage, the use of the word Xmas, generally by lazy people, really gets on my tit end.
 
Yes - I think Mark managed posting no. 149. Very decorous on here, I note, but as you say, simmo, I'm sure he'll be limbering up with the lads to gi' it a square go on Christmas Eve!
