The mighty Sprinter Sacre is due to run at Ascot and I am sure there must be someone out there wishing he or she could go and watch him run in the flesh.

Well for one of you it's your lucky day if you can get there.

Yesterday I won 2 premier tickets with badges and a parking permit.

Unfortunately I can't go so and most of my friends don't have to pay to go so I will have them sent to the first person who can answer this question no strings attached:

What horse was David Nicholson's first ever winner at The Cheltenham festival.

Correct Benny well done and have a great day.....PM me your name and address including post code. They will be coming from Timeform who will post them out to you on Monday Evening

Cheers mate. Sadly I've just been told by she who must be obeyed that we can't make it - bugger! I'm sure you'll find another willing recipient though!

My old pal Irish,,,,,,, right on the money........ be an absolute pleasure to let you have them. If you can go just PM me and I"ll forward your details to them right away and email you a copy of their email to me.

i agree
It Was a much better race as a handicap

It was one of the highlights between Xmas and Cheltenham. Function Dream, Azertyuiop, so many good memories of good races. Now it's a nothing race. It's a poor mans Tingle Creek.

but handicaps don't highlight the best horse..they highlight usually the horse that carries weight best don't they?...would favour big horses would have thought

purely on the class level..handicaps are for inferior horses to compete on a levelish playing field..conditions races are the true measure surely?
