Weapons of Mass Destruction – Lucky 15s v Yankees

I don't think it's "drivel" from Barjon, but I don't get going on a Lucky 15 v Yankee comparison thread and essentially saying neither is for you.

It's a bit like going in a vegetarian restaurant and writing a poem on the wall about why some people like steak - the veggies already know that.

One man’s meat is another man’s gravy and all that. Just trying point out that people engage for different reasons, have different objectives and different needs.

I have enough trouble finding one winner in a day, let alone four. So don’t do either. There’s no disputing your case for L15, anyway.

You're trying to reason with a nuclear bomb.

Slim for all the knowledge he has is as subtle as a house brick when expressing his thoughts on certain matters. I've found it helps to converse with him as if he's a sufferer of tourettes syndrome in the way that occasionally he'll blurt out something offensive that comes as a matter of course or imagine Slim in his old age as Father Jack.

It helps.

Some years ago, a younger lady friend introduced me to the dubious delights of a music ensemble, who went by the name of "Black Out Crew," possibly with a "The" prefix, one forgets which.

Anyway, one of the imo better lines in their lyrics was: "There's no need for all this" and I feel that apposite here.

Being rather simple, I don't see bookmakers doubling, still less trebling, anything in a Yankee - one bet carries a bonus, the other doesn't.

I'm voting Lucky 15.

Wait until the upper middle class of leafy Foxrock realise that I’m in UCC and they’ll have to accept me as an academic, be it by their will or mine.
Don’t you need experience to get the janitor job?? Surely there is a Garda Vetting procedure that has been overlooked here too??

What I have found is that not every online bookie offers the double the odds concession on a L15. You’ll need to shop around, if you can be arsed.

I'd imagine all of Flutter offer no bonus. Also any of the tin pot firms won't do it.

I hear this response to L15's etc. a lot and I personally think it's a big reason to actually use them. With an edge your struggle is just variance. The best strategy I find is to limit losses on bad variance (insurance of 4 singles having double your odds 1 winner) and give yourself a chance to take advantage of good variance (4 fold). Perfect combo of safety and risk
