I was wondering what sort of posts irritate you so much that you feel you have to put up a smart-arse reply.

I think it's fairly obvious from my rants in the past that after-timing is the mother of all evil as far as I am concerned............but not so much the obvious after-timing it is the more "subtle" examples.

You know the type I mean someone puts a couple of selections up and they run like drains...............but the author comes back with something like........." I'm sorry about those two losers but luckily I was alright because I did Frankie's at Goodwood today in 4 & 5 horse accys"

Have a nice day. :D

No surprises to learn that mine are the ones that rush to post a report of something horrific, nano-seconds after it occurring, usually with a rubber-necking undertone..

You know, similar to prats who slow down to try and see what the accident is the other side of the motorway barrier, causing a similar catastrophe themselves...

h:)

Oh, and anyone who POSTS IN UPPERCASE THE WHOLE TIME - IT'S RUDE !

Phew, feel better now - great topic, Colin B)

People who post something that only has vague connections to the actual topic, they are just using it to push their own agenda or to try and change the subject to one they have a strong opinion about

(I'm not laughing at anything, but this type of post irritates me, with someone just posting an emoticon. I've done it before in the past but although it works in conversation, its just annoying on forums)

I do have more important things to worry about than forums though :P

I disagree. If someone has genuinely made you laugh, it's nice to be able to tell them even if you have nothing in particular to add to the topic.

Anyone who dares to disagree with me. The arrogance of some people to think they are right astounds me.

One thing I find seriously irritating is when posters start referring to people by their real names, like "Good point, Sid, couldn't agree more", and I'm looking back up the thread thinking "Who the f*ck is Sid?"

And, of course...the incorrect use of apostrophes!

Happy Birthday [insert person here] threads. They really piss me off. They clog up the forum. Look, a PM would be better for all concerned.

They're getting ridiculous.

Also, people passing information they've read in a newspaper article on as if they've actually just come to that conclusion or learned of that revelation themselves.

Agree -the happy birthday threads are starting to bug me.
