What Sort Of Post Irritates You

I try to ignore posts that are difficult to read on account of poor grammar, spelling or punctuation and posts that are aimed deliberately at antagonising specific, unnamed others. Nor do I like posts which lift almost their entire content from elsewhere and don't acknowledge the source but instead are posted as though they were the thoughts and opinions of those posting them.

Ill-spelling, ungrammatical, after-timers who arrogantly wish forumites a happy birthday in capital letters, note disasters as soon as they happen (probably with a single  ), and are deliberately personally rude while claiming a published article (or photograph) is their own work.

Really, I can't imagine there are ANY such rapscallions on this august site!

OK, I own up. Thank you for not naming me Krizon. I really will try much harder in future.

By the way......

Reading this thread just serves to remind me what a tolerant, caring community we are ... not
On the contrary, Muttley. The fact we're not short of such posters means we are very tolerant of them :D

Cheers, Colin. It's more peaceful on here than the return to Crumbly Towers, where mutiny appears to have broken out among the inmates, resulting in a raging Manageress and a curt notice informing residents not to remove or even move 'company property'. Which actually means that her long-dead Mother's old cushions were thrown away as too infested with dust and mites to any longer be fit for our communal spaces!

Posts that just slag off people for no other reason than where they come from.
I know that`s aimed at me, but my disdain for people like Mick Quinn and Paul O`Grady has very little do with with where their from. Also, i defended Gerrard in the sports forum when some people actually posted that they thought Lampard was a better player.

I thought it was aimed in general at people who poke fun at Scousers, Scots, Geordies, the southern softies, Ireland, Wales, et cetera if not ad nauseam?

I dont think anyone said Gerrard was inferior to Lampard, rather that he has an inferior record for England.
