I have just had the misfortune to sit through 'Snakes on a plane'. It is utter garbage. I understand it was a massive hit in the US last year. Quelle surprise.
Name one film that you thoroughly regretted sitting through.
Very difficult to choose between anything of Michael Moore, or some of the latest works of Oliver Stone, most of the spanish subvencionated films are also truly awful.
Anything with a Baldwin in the cast is also automathicaly nominated.
Kingdom of Heaven (dear god would somebody just kill Orlando Bloom and end the movie)
Mrs Brown(first 10 minutes in cinema had no sound, think it was actually better than rest of it!)
I was in USA when Snakes onPlane came out everybody I met was taking piss out of it,don't know anyone who went to see it
Dark City starring, as far as I can remember Kiefer Sutherland.
Took my then girlfriend to our local (one screen) cinema for a romantic evening only to find that they were showing this less-than-romantic movie. Half an hour into the film I fell asleep - safe to say the relationship didn't last much longer...
I get the impression SOAP was meant to be a serious film but they realised how bad it was and starting promoting it as 'so bad it's good' to get people to watch it. I've no intention of ever watching it.
Pride And Prejudice with Keira Knightly. I wanted to get up and leave the cinema but Mr GG is such a miser and said we needed to get our moneys worth. Pathetic adaptation.
